  • Definition of the departments to be interviewed
  • Development of a structured interview plan
  • Timeframe: shortly after order placement

 

Step 2:
Interviews

  • Conducting the interviews
    (1–3 participants per session)
  • Interviewing department heads, team leaders, power users, and subject-matter experts
  • Collection of process and system data
    Timeframe: 2–3 days on site, shortly after order placement

 

Step 3:
Results

  • Detailed evaluation of the interviews
  • Creation of a structured as-is / target-state view and a corresponding digitalization strategy
  • Clear recommendations for action with prioritization and timeline
  • Presentation of results and strategic alignment
    Timeframe: approx. 4–6 weeks after the interviews
