After the introduction of the new interface between Teamcenter and ERP, which contributes to the improvement of information for PLM users, the data volumes, which are automatically synchronized upon release, increase immensely
Ensure that all relevant data is available and correctly filled in before transferring from the PLM to the ERP system - which can be very extensive and time-consuming in the case of manual checking

Lessons Learned
Through data synchronization between the PLM and ERP systems, data is automatically exchanged upon release. This means that the data is consistent in both systems and the time required for this is minimized
Before transferring the data to the ERP system, BCT CheckIt checks whether all relevant data fields have been filled in correctly
BCT CheckIt routines can be integrated into the Teamcenter release workflow or even switched on beforehand to allow the user a test run
