Hi Jasmin, please introduce yourself.
Hello, I am Jasmin and I work in marketing at BCT. I joined BCT immediately after completing my training as an industrial clerk and have now been with the company for 10 years. In order to develop my skills outside of marketing, I completed part-time studies in business administration in 2019.
What are your tasks at BCT?
My main tasks include supporting the sales team by identifying potential customers and their key contacts, planning and executing activities for successful lead and opportunity management, organising events and campaigns, building and establishing a buyer's journey through customer-specific content to improve market access, as well as collaborating with all relevant departments at BCT to ensure optimal customer acquisition and support.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in various areas and thereby expand my skills, for example in the areas of employer branding, social media marketing, and by participating in projects such as the reintroduction of our ERP system and the introduction of a CRM platform for maketing and sales automation.

What do you like especially about your job at BCT?
First, it's the collaboration with my team, both within the department and across the entire BCT team in a great working environment (when not working from home). In addition, the industry we operate in is very exciting. As a company, we focus on the topic of digitalization in the manufacturing inustry. This means we are always keeping up with the latest technological trends in manufacturing. This means that I am constantly faced with new tasks and topics, which in turn give me the opportunity to further my education and develop my skills.
What does "creating value togehter" mean for you?
It means that it is important to pull together and thereby achieve more. Not only in terms of quantity, but also by creating qualitative added value. This can be within a team, together as a company, or even in collaboration with the customer to generate added value for their business.
